Mindset

To change the body, you must first change the mind! We have 60,000 thoughts go through our head each day, how you handle those thoughts will determine your quality of life. A true transformation starts by knowing there will be hardships and preparing yourself to overcome them.

Burst Training

Burst training the most effective way on the planet to burn body fat. These high-intensity body weight intervals are geared towards activating your body’s metabolic response to your training. Bursting for only 15 minutes has proven to burn up to 9x more calories than 15 minutes of traditional cardio over a 72 hour period!

Environment

This is the glue that holds it all together! Our BBC Fit Community of Moms is a group of like-minded women who go through the ups and downs of life together! Our positive, encouraging, and motivating environment is a breeding ground for success and confidence! This is what makes BBC an elite training program!

Nutrition

You can’t out-train your diet! Whole food nutrition will help you build health from the inside out. Your results are a by product of balancing hormones through whole food nutrition. Elimating harmful toxins and chemicals riddled in the modern day American diet will change your life forever!

Strength Training

Building lean muscle mass will allow your body to burn more calories at rest, shape your physique, and ultimately keep that unwanted body fat off! BBC’s outside-the-box strength training protocols are sure to get you strong quickly!

YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER

We hold our trainers to the highest standards. Our NCCA accredited fitness professionals go through extensive training to be able to bring you the fastest and safest results possible. We are very picky on who trains at BBC so you can count on top-notch transformation experts to walk you step-by-step to far exceeding your goals!

BBC TRAINING SESSIONS

Our training sessions are offered Monday-Saturday and are unlimited to you! We recommend 3-6 sessions per week to maximize your desires results. We will NEVER do the same workout twice and each session is 45 minutes. Every exercise will have a modified version (easier and harder) so any fitness level can participate and reach their desired goals!

FOCUS MEETINGS

Focus meetings are the backbone of Burn Bootcamp. You will never “mindlessly” workout with no goals in mind. The power of a goal (and revisiting that goal) is very important to your happiness. You will meet one-on-one with your trainer AS MUCH AS YOU NEED but at least every 21 days. This is where we will indvidualize your nutrition, goals, motivation, and get to know you on a deeper level! Focus meetings are mandatory and we will hunt you down if you miss yours :)

YOGA RECOVERY

We believe that yoga is best way to relieve stress, stretch your body, and reset your mindset after a week of tough BBC workouts. Most locations offer 1-3 yoga sessions per week to compliment your training and to keep your muscles limber and your joints mobile!

AMAZING ENVIRONMENT

Your trainer will hold you accountable, build your confidence, and progress you as an individual through encouragement, motivation, and unlimited support. The only competition at BBC is with yourself. Our motto is “get better everyday” and when you reach your milestones, you will have a room full of friends and trainers clapping in excitement for you! We all have each other’s back and it is a great feeling knowing you have the BBC Family on your side!

BODY DIAGNOSTICS

You will be held accountable by trainer through our Body Diagnostic measurement system. This is a mandatory weigh-in every 21 days to check the composition of your body and how your efforts are paying off. We are a VERY results oriented program and will stop at nothing to add happiness and health to your life in whichever way you desire!
