Not at all. Burn Boot Camp Camps are designed for every fitness level. Our Trainers help you modify or intensify movements so you can start where you are and keep progressing.

Is Burn Boot Camp good for beginners?
Yes. Many Members join Burn Boot Camp while starting or restarting their fitness journey. Every Camp is Trainer-led and designed to support all levels.

I’m looking for intensity to challenge myself. Does Burn offer that?
Absolutely. Burn Boot Camp Camps are designed to challenge every level. If you’re ready to push harder, our Trainers will help you increase intensity, progress movements, and get the most out of every workout, while still keeping it safe and sustainable.

Can I modify the workouts?
Absolutely. Our Trainers offer modifications and progressions throughout every Camp so you can challenge yourself at the level that’s right for you.

Will I feel out of place if I come alone?
Not at all. Many Members start on their own and quickly become part of the Burn community. Our supportive environment makes it easy to feel welcomed.
